Banksy.

Banksy just has to be one of my all time favourite artists. Every single piece of new work you see of his, is even better than the last one. (If that is even possible)

If I was brave enough, my tattoo sleeve would be a Banksy tribute, from shoulder to wrist, I would have a complete Banksy arm, I think that it would be too much black to have as a sleeve, however I am definitely going to have at least one of his designs tattoo'd onto my body, somewhere.

The five images above are some of my top favourite. I think that they are all very personal to me, and i'm sure they are to many people. I can relate to all of them in one way or another, whether it relates to me personally or whether it reminds me of someone else's situation.

Banksy is definitely an artist worth looking into, but then again, if you don't know who Banksy is by now I guess there's no point in you knowing.

Result

Finally had success with the printer, well I wouldn't call him a printer with that work but hey ho, has finally admitted he was in the wrong and refunded the money I paid for them.

He then however decided to be nice to me so that I wouldn't tell the boss, still didn't say sorry though.
I'm still not impressed with their services at all and I plan to write a bad customer review, as they have just asked me to do it, as they ask all their customers I think. I will never again use this service.

I am glad to receive the full refund, I just wish it hadn't come down to this in the first place.

Stress is over.

Interesting day.

Today, the day of interesting happenings.

Wait a moment, I don't even know where that first sentence came from. I'll talk normally from now on.

I had a meeting with two police officers, who are running a team course to volunteer and help people with a need. This could be absolutely anything, from helping the elderly to taking some local disabled children out for the day.

As soon as we started talking about this project, I knew straight away that I wanted to help. It will also help me in confidence, and to get myself out of the house again.

There's just one problem, I'm an hour and a half away. I have no problem in traveling to get there and I have no problem in helping others and I would really love to get involved.

Even though it's voluntary, there is only a limited number of places that are available for people, because they can't have loads of people else there wouldn't be enough of things for everyone to do.

I have my fingers crossed that I am one of the lucky ones that gets selected.

Lesson learnt.

So today has been quite a frustrating day. I ordered some business cards for a customer and the printing company that I chose to order them from, (well known company) have done nothing but let me down. I had ordered them 3 weeks ago, well 19 days to be exact, and they were meant to arrive within 7 working days.

Not only did they send me them very late, they previously lied and said they had already been sent and should be with me the next day. Another 3 days later they eventually tell me that they sent them that morning.

After finally receiving the business cards, I open them to find that they aren't the business cards I had previously designed. They have extra bits added onto the back, (which definitely shouldn't be there) they are faded and look like they have been printed from a printer than had hardly any ink in them. They were bent and were basically rubbish.

Save to say, I am far from happy with their service. I have contacted them so they can issue me with a full refund, but now all of a sudden they aren't replying, when they were replying no problem before hand.

Today that 'business' lost a customer, and so did I, as I wasn't able to provide them with the product they had been promised. I have definitely learnt a lesson that you can't even trust these so called 'big printing companies' stick to a printers that you know, pay more, sometimes much more, to get exactly what you are after.

I am very disappointed but a lesson has been learnt.
